Terms of business
These terms apply when you buy our Done-for-you service or ask for a free sample. They are written in plain English. By paying, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
GetLeads Direct is a trading name of SVE Ventures Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company no. 16822306), 2 Lormay Place, Westbury, Brackley NN13 5NJ. Email: hello@getleadsdirect.com.
2. What you get
Each month, for the number of contacts you pay for, we:
- find named owners and directors at UK limited companies and LLPs that match the customer you describe;
- write a sequence of up to three short emails with you, which you approve before anything is sent;
- send them from dedicated mailboxes on a lookalike domain that we set up and warm up for your campaign;
- sort the replies and forward every interested one to you within 1 working day;
- email you your numbers (emails sent, replies, interested replies) every Monday.
Free samples are 20 named contacts matching your description, shown with names, roles and companies. Email addresses are found and checked when your campaign is built.
3. Our promises
- Free sample within 1 working day of your request.
- Your contacts and draft emails within 2 working days of payment and your answers to our three questions.
- Sending starts by day 15 after payment, as long as you have approved your emails.
- Every email address is checked before we send. If more than 3% of your emails bounce in a month, we replace those contacts free.
- Interested replies forwarded within 1 working day.
If we miss a promise, tell us and we will put it right, for example by replacing contacts or extending your month at no charge.
4. What we don't promise
We do not guarantee a number of replies, meetings or sales. Results depend on your offer, your market and how quickly you reply. The ranges on our website come from public benchmarks and are not a promise.
5. Your part
- Tell us accurately about your business, your offer and your ideal customer.
- Only offer lawful products and services, to businesses. We will not email consumers.
- Approve or change our draft emails promptly. Sending cannot start until you approve them.
- Reply to interested people yourself, and stop contacting anyone who asks you to.
6. Payment
You pay monthly in advance by card through Stripe, at the price shown at checkout. Your first payment covers set-up plus your first 30 days of sending. Sending starts by day 15, so your next payment is taken 30 days after sending starts, and monthly after that.
7. Cancelling and refunds
- You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@getleadsdirect.com.
- If you cancel before sending starts, we refund your payment in full.
- After sending starts, cancelling stops your next payment. Sending continues until the end of the month you have paid for. We don't refund part-months, except where we have missed one of our promises.
- You keep every email we have written for you.
8. Founding offer
The code FOUNDER takes £200 off your first month. It is limited to our first 5 clients, one per business, and cannot be combined with other offers.
9. Data protection
We collect and handle contact data as set out in our privacy notice. If we pass you a reply or contact details, use them only to respond and for lawful business-to-business marketing, and honour any opt-out. One do-not-contact list covers every client we send for.
10. Mailboxes and domains
We register and run the sending domain and mailboxes for your campaign. When you cancel, we stop sending from them. If you would like the domain transferred to you, ask us.
11. Liability
We are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Changes and law
We will give you 30 days' notice by email of any change to our prices or these terms. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
