    Where do the contacts come from?
    From Companies House for limited companies and their directors, company websites, business listings and business contact databases. We only contact named owners and directors at UK limited companies and LLPs, and every email is checked before we send.
    Do you need access to my email?
    No. We set up separate mailboxes on a lookalike domain and send from those. Replies come straight to you. Your main email is never touched and can't get flagged.
    Who writes the emails?
    We do, from what you tell us about your customer and your offer. You see every word before anything is sent. Nothing goes out without your "go".
    How many replies will I get?
    We won't promise a number, because nobody honest can. Public benchmarks put most campaigns at 5 to 20 replies per 1,000 people emailed. If your offer isn't landing after two weeks of sending, we'll tell you and rewrite the emails free.
    What if emails bounce?
    We check every address before we send. If more than 3% of your emails bounce, we replace those contacts free.
    When do I pay?
    Your first payment covers set-up plus your first 30 days of sending. Sending starts by day 15, so your next payment is taken 30 days after that, not 30 days after you sign up. Cancel before sending starts and you get a full refund.
    Is this legal in the UK?
